The spatial concept, inspired by the proximity of the Danube River, was designed to strengthen the direct connection between nature and the living environment. The interior spaces open toward the façade’s glass surfaces, allowing the surrounding environment to become part of the living space both visually and experientially.
From the original architectural structure, only the structural constraints were preserved; everything else was designed to enhance the IN–OUT experience. Progressive glass partitions and large indoor plants create a unified visual system between exterior and interior space.
The innovative use of materials evokes the calmness of nature, supporting an atmosphere of rest and retreat.
