The central question of the project was to create a harmonious relationship between nature, architecture, and community life. The sloping site and the panoramic view of Lake Balaton required a complex, integrated design approach based on the coordinated work of architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture.
The ground-floor communal zone is built on the unity of interior and exterior spaces: the openness of the façade, the pool, and the surrounding outdoor environment provide a continuous spatial experience. On all three levels of the building, equally valuable living spaces were created, with the lower atrium in particular offering a strongly defined spatial experience.
The use of natural materials and subdued tones enhances the sense of calm and presence.
