The aim of the project was to create a nature-oriented family living space within a residential building environment, building on the architectural potential of the garden connection and panoramic views. The ideal orientation of the two-level apartment made it possible to organize the spaces around natural light and visual connections.
The ground-floor communal zone — comprising the kitchen, dining area, and living room — connects generously to the garden through large, openable glass surfaces, reinforcing the continuity between interior and exterior space. On the upper level, the master bedroom, the glass-enclosed bathroom, and the panoramic terrace form a unified relaxation area.
Natural light was a key design consideration: the open spatial relationships and visual transparency between the two levels maximize illumination while enhancing the sense of spaciousness and freedom.
