The 70 m² semi-basement space in Újlipótváros has been transformed into a professional gastronomic creative workshop that functions both as a base kitchen and a restaurant. The spatial organization follows the logic of culinary processes; a transparent and fluid connection is established between the guest area and the back-of-house functions, creating a continuous spatial experience.
Raw steel, wooden surfaces, and vintage furniture evoke layers of the past, reinterpreted through contemporary graphic elements. The restrained presence of neutral materials provides a dignified framework for gastronomic experimentation, while more intimate zones are balanced by a spacious, open communal area, allowing the space to function simultaneously as a workshop and a meeting point.
